How do I activate a hypertext link in powerpoint?
In Normal view, select the text or the object that you want to use as a hyperlink. On the Insert tab, in the Links group, click Hyperlink.
Under Link to, click Existing File or Web Page, and then click Browse the Web which is the button in the form of a magnifying glass with the glass part representing the world.
Locate and select the page or file that you want to link to, and then click OK.
Simply type in the hypertext link, place the cursor by any letter defining the link you have just typed, right click the mouse and choose open hypertext link. The webpage that the link is pointing to should then appear.
