Reverse normalization

This is the problem, where you have normalized an image to the template, but now you want to reslice something in template space back to the space of the original image.

Here you need the inverse of the normalization parameters - a deformation field.

The TASKS->Util->Deformations option will do this (from a pulldown in the Graphics window):

-Deformations
. -Composition
. . -Inverse
. . . -Composition
. . . . -Imported _sn.mat
. . . . . Parameter File
. . . . . Voxel Sizes
. . . . . Bounding Box
. . . Image to base inverse on
. Save as
. Apply to

You can simply select the normalization parameters (the _sn.mat file), leave the voxel sizes and bounding box as default, and the select the Apply to option to apply these inverse parameters to an image in template space...
