• [wiki:UsingAnalyze AnalyzeAVW] - a comprehensive commercial program for viewing neuroimaging data. Particularly useful for rendering.

• Anchor(mricro) Chris Rorden's [http://www.psychology.nottingham.ac.uk/staff/cr1/mricro.html MRIcro] - an excellent free, functional, and simple program for viewing neuroimages. It runs on Windows only.

• [wiki:Mpr mpr] - coregistration software, for matching MRIs to PET scans, CT scans etc in any combination. mpr is more robust than SPM for difficult coregistrations, including those where the brain is damaged.

• [wiki:ReadingOnlineDocs Software and help on reading documents online] - such as Adobe Acrobat for pdf files and Ghostview for reading postcript (.ps) files.
