Use repository system to update utilities in organized way. </para></listitem><listitem><para>Keep stable and development versions of both repositories, to maintain stability of system, and allow sharing of up to date code </para></listitem><listitem><para>Reference subversion repository directly from wiki, email etc to allow users to fetch latest files from maintained code. </para></listitem></itemizedlist><para>Here is a draft suggestion for software organization: <ulink url="https://imaging.mrc-cbu.cam.ac.uk/methods/MeetingSharingSoftware/methods/CbuSoftwareProposal#">CbuSoftwareProposal</ulink> </para><para><ulink url="https://imaging.mrc-cbu.cam.ac.uk/methods/MeetingSharingSoftware/methods/MatthewBrett#">MatthewBrett</ulink> </para></section></article>
