EEG/MEG Guidelines and Tutorials

This is the MEG bible, with lots of information on all aspects of MEG measurements and analysis.

Look here for a slightly shorter Introduction to MEG by Cohen&Halgren.

This is an overview and introduction to ERP and ERF analysis.This is another one.

There are guidelines for good research practice for MEG,EEG, and both (the latter provides an "author checklist" for manuscripts).
