Analyzing data
There are several options for analysis of MEG data from our machine:
NeuromagSoftware that comes with the machine (instructions on AccessingNeuromagSoftware at CBU)
CommercialPackages (eg CURRY, BESA), for which we have some licences
FreewarePackages, such as Fieldtrip, MNE, and SPM.
