After consulting with j.c.f., it was decided to try a USB-based, 24-bit digital I/O module.(i.e. for development of I/O and response boxes compatible with DMDX software). It could be more future-proof than PCMCIA cards. Also more flexible (laptop, desktop) and portable. We're awaiting delivery.
