Various bug fixes and changes to parallel engine.
Added a new recipe:
- aarecipe_sparse_ver01
for sparse imaging - as aarecipe_general_ver02 except no slice timing [RC/AH]
- Modified aamod_norm_write to also find normalisation parameter files (*_sn.mat) with 's' prefix
(for those not using 2-pass method). [JG]
