SnPM information

SnPM is a toolbox for non-parametric multiple hypothesis testing in SPM.

To use at the the CBU:

• For SPM2, type addpath /imaging/local/spm/snpm3 at the matlab prompt.

• For SPM5, type addpath /imaging/local/spm/snpm5b at the matlab prompt.

Then type snpm at the matlab prompt to start snpm.
